He has a proven ability to drive success and cultivate high-performing teams. His expertise spans cost management (P&L), strategic visioning, innovation, financial analysis, and decision-making, with a strong track record of reshaping strategies and fostering growth.
In addition to mentoring IoT startups at the Technology Innovation Hub (TIH) of IIT Bombay, Mahesh acts as a brand strategist and growth catalyst for various fintech startups. He guides them in developing growth strategies, executing go-to-market initiatives, and navigating the fundraising journey. In the new entity, Mahesh will lead Investor Management, Compliance, and Strategy.
