Siddarth has been a career banker with stints in ICICI Bank, Indusind and Jana SFB, he spearheaded the JLG division in Belstar which grew to 300 branches under him with presence in 11 states and a PAR performance of less than 1%, his last stint was with Tata Capital where he headed Credit as NCM along with internal quality and Control functions. Siddarth is a domain expert of Collections and Cross Sell in MFI business .

Mitali comes with multi-dimensional expertise in Financial & Education sector viz. Employee engagement & Training, Sales & Operations, Customer service, Audit. She has a rich experience of 13 years in retail banking and client investment portfolio management. She has worked with ICICI, CITI and KOTAK bank during her career. She is fond of music and travelling with family. She has done her Masters in HR from Mumbai and now settled in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Her wide expertise across various stakeholders makes her suitable asset to front Human Resources function.
